About Florist Window

Our story

Florist Window began in 2009 as part of UK Superweb, a web business founded in 1998. The platform was created to give florists a way to sell online without relying on commission-led relay networks.

First florist website launched 23 December 2009
First online order received Christmas Eve 2009
That florist is still trading with us today

Since launch, Florist Window has evolved into a dedicated florist ecommerce platform used by independent florists across the UK.

Florist Window also supports consumer-facing websites such as LocalFlorists.co.uk and We Are Florists, which help customers find and order from real local florists. These sites do not sell flowers or take payment on behalf of florists.

Not a relay network

Florist Window is not a relay network and does not intercept customer orders. We do not control florist pricing, process customer payments, or deduct commission.

Customers order directly from real local florists using the florist’s own website, contact details, and payment gateway.

Direct payment, no commission

Payments are made directly to the florist using the florist’s own merchant account. Florist Window does not hold funds, take a percentage, or profit from flower sales.

Florists retain control of pricing, customer relationships, cash flow, and branding at all times.

Florist support

Support is provided directly by the Florist Window team. Telephone, email, and online assistance are available to all clients.
